This website is operated by Longo Media Group, an independent media network founded by Daniel Longo. The information here describes our creator partnership services.

Creator agreements

Nothing on this website constitutes a contract. The terms of any creator partnership — including the licensing of content, revenue share, payment schedule, and termination — are governed entirely by the individual written distribution agreement signed by both parties. Where anything on this site differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Content ownership

Creators retain full ownership and copyright of their content. We do not claim ownership of any partner's work. Content is distributed under a limited license granted in the signed agreement, and only after that agreement is in place.

Information we collect

If you email us, we receive whatever you send: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include. We use it only to respond to you and, if we work together, to administer the partnership.

This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not set cookies.

How we handle your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Partner information may be shared with distribution platforms only as necessary to publish content and process payments under a signed agreement.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll take care of it.

Third-party platforms

Distributed content is published on third-party platforms, each with its own terms and privacy policies. We don't control those platforms and aren't responsible for their practices.

Changes

If we update this page, we'll change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing partners will be communicated directly.
